Six court rulings uphold Lleida.net’s Registered email as valid proof for mandatory ADR

MADRID, 16 April. The Spanish-listed tech firm Lleida.net (BME:LLN, EPA:ALLLN) has secured a significant legal victory as five Spanish Provincial Courts explicitly recognise its Registered Email service as a robust, admissible, and legally binding method to satisfy Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) requirements. Under Organic Law 1/2025, this pre-litigation step is now a mandatory prerequisite for legal proceedings.

The rulings are final and non-appealable.

In a standout case, the Provincial Court of Palma de Mallorca recently upheld a passenger's claim for a missed flight, citing Lleida.net’s technology as sufficient proof of the required pre-action contact.

Between October 2025 and March 2026, courts in Navarra, Gipuzkoa, Ourense, Huelva, and Álava issued independent orders confirming that the company’s registered communication system provides the full set of guarantees required by law. Specifically, it satisfies the burden of proof for negotiation attempts before filing civil or commercial lawsuits.
